Service was terrible. Reserved a double queen and sent to a single. No elevator and room was on second floor. After dealing with front desk, got room with two double beds so needed a roll away. AC in room didn’t work. Back down to front desk, person bringing up roll away is supposed to fix AC waited forty minutes and still no relief. Back to front desk and new person who was clueless to situation. Asked for another room and there were none available. Packed up and went to another hotel.

The hotel was fine, and the staff was very friendly. Our specific room was adjacent to the sprinkler room, and a pump would go on every hour or so for a couple of minutes, shaking the wall and making sleeping quite impossible. Staff tried to find an alternative but was booked out (on the day of the eclipse). They should turn room 248 into storage; make sure you don't get it!

Room was not clean. Smashed bugs on the for heavens sake! The air/heat unit did not work. Staff was more worried about ending their shift than helping customer. Absolutely horrendous.

I stayed here on the night of my birthday with a friend in room, I believe, 421. When we got there it seemed quite nice, to be honest. The person at the front desk did seem quite annoyed that we showed up early, but I can respect that. They were able to get us in our room, so no complaints there at all. (I do want to note that we called and said we would be early, but we were earlier than what she had expected.) The only thing that bothered me is that when we got there and went into the bathroom there were ants in the bathroom. My friend killed them and then we had left to go to our plans. We cane back and there were more ants. Again, we killed them. I woke up early to take a shower and ants were, once again, coming in from somewhere in the bathroom. I did not go up to the front desk, at that point I just wanted to leave. So, we just got breakfast and left. (I do know I could have mentioned it, but I am very anxious.) I don't expect much staying at a cheaper place, but I would hope that they would make sure things can't come in from outside. I hope this gets figured out in the future and people have a great day! Thank you!
