"The only thing I dislike was the noise. My room (113) was right above the adjoining restaurant, and we could hear the noise up to the closing time at midnight. Also, we could hear people in the hallway. Perhaps you may want to get a room in the next level. Otherwise this hotel was just perfect."

"Hotel itself was great. Room was clean. Location cant be beat. Staff were very friendly. The only reason i rated it less than perfect had NOTHING to do with the hotel. "Ultra modern hotel with friendly/helpful staff. We only stayed one night on our Santiago pilgrimage but were happy with this pick. AC was awesome especially with the heat wave. The room had some fun modern touches though the weird door thing in the bathtub was inconvenient and difficult to use. We didn't have time to dine at the facility but there were a few restaurants by the monastery that were good. "
