"The rooms were large and clean, calm atmosphere, good hot shower and heater/AC worked good. Decor historic and fit with the area. Outdoor area also very welcoming and flowers and not overdone. View of the bay was unique to have. Staff stopped in once to see if we needed anything. Quiet surroundings. Will definitely stay again."

"The first morning in my stay, the shower water temperature bounced from very hot to very cold to very hot again pretty frequently. However, the second morning had no issues. There wasn't a very large breakfast menu. Instant eggs and pancakes were pretty much it. The English muffins weren't very fresh. At least the coffee was fresh and hot. The bed was ok. Not very soft, but I slept good. The TV channels were pretty basic."

"Incredible location. The property is a dream. Plenty of space inside, and grateful for the extra perks like kayaks and access to the pier. A truly amazing spot to get away from it all and experience the beauty of the bay. Easy access to the rest of Door County from this spot."

"The beds were very very comfortable. The one and only staff member that I dealt with was very nice and hospitable. The room had a funky stale smell to it and when we turned on air conditioning that also had an odor so we sprayed some perfume and it made it a little better. Cooled the room well. The room appearance was very neat and clean but went to use the coffee maker, and there was dirt and scaly white residue in the top where you put the water in like it wasn’t cleaned for a long time. The bathtub halfway up had soap residue on it and was scaly. The Continental breakfast was coffee, orange juice, apple juice, Milk, bread to make toast, Butter, bagels, Cream cheese, English muffins, lemon poppyseed Muffins, Waffle machine and two types of cereal. There was no fruit, protein items or oatmeal. Will probably not visit here again They need to update the motel"
