Probably the best pool and gym I have had in a hotel in the past couple years. This place is an old factory and massive, with cool conversation areas spread throughout. Wonderful breakfast and a close to town.

This is quite expensive 4 star hotel but the service and facility does not meet the expectations. Room is cleaned only once a week unless you ask for it. It was not clear to me and we stayed with trash bin full of garbage of food remains for 3 days when it was very hot weather, but nobody checked the room. Cleaning policy is not communicated during check in. There is no air conditioning in the hotel and it was +28-30 degrees when we stayed. It was impossible to sleep. We tried to sleep with open window but outside traffic woke us up few times a night. There is no fridge, no kettle in the room. You can’t make tea or coffee, can’t store small snacks keeping them cold. Check in took 25 minutes even after online check in was done. Lady was on the phone and didn’t rush at all even when seeing line of people. Personel is not trained to check in guests explaining all the rules, etc. Gym can inly be attended by adults 18+. My teenage son was asked to leave treadmill even when supervised by adult parents. Room is not well maintained. They are hiding behind their policies and environmental BS but it is a pure cost saving. The only good thing about this hotel is breakfast and gym. But if you stay there 3 + 5 nights one after another, you will be tired of breakfast too because it is absolutely identical each day. This hotel is not worth the money they ask for.

This was our last time at this hotel for sure even though we got used to stay there regularly. Their cost cutting program is so visible now that it looks more like a budget hotel. The value for money is simply not there. We stayed for 5 nights and the room was cleaned only one time even after the tag was put on the door handle and additional request was made at the reception. They said they only clean regularly priority rooms. Not sure who gets those rooms - must be business customers. The problem is that nobody is picking up the garbage with food remains during hot temperature outside and no air conditioning inside. I complained at the reception as it started to smell badly and we got flyes in the room. It took 16 hours for them to pick the trash up after my complain. I even had to put it outside of the room which is insane. Next day - same story even when I asked to pick it up every day. The lady at the reception said they care about environment. :) I could not take it seriously. This is a 4 star expensive hotel. Bed mattress was very uncomfortable, super soft and does not provide proper support for the back. You sleep in a curved shape rather than having a flat mattress. Breakfast got much worse over the years. It seems like there are some choices but this is all cheap crap food and limited to bare minimum. We’ve got tired of it quickly after staying 5 nights. Warm food is super salty and all cereals are with sweeteners. No consideration for people who does not eat sugar.

In een voormalig fabriekspand (zeepfabriek), enorm hotel. Prachtig verbouwd, chique interieur, mooie kamers. Het in house restaurant was ook erg goed.

Sauberes Zimmer, sehr gemütlich (Superior Deluxe Zimmer mit zwei Betten) und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Frühstück ist hervorragend, vielfältig, frisch und sehr ansprechend gestaltet. Der 25m Pool war für uns der Grund, weshalb wir dieses Hotel gebucht hatten und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Dazu noch die Nutzung des vollausgestatteten Gyms, einfach perfekt. Die liebevolle Umgestaltung von der ehemaligen Seifenfabrik ist sehr gelungen. Wir werden wieder kommen!

De allmänna utrymmena är fantastiska och fina,medans rummet delvis är fint. Badrummet jättefint verkligen. Sängen var rätt nerlegad, vi hamnade båda i mitten i den smala sängen. Det låg en sliten filt på sängen som luktade sisådär. Tapetserad garderob matchar inte resten av de stilfulla hotellet. AC hade varit fantastiskt, då vi i Sverige nu för tiden, har ett varmt sommarklimat. En portabel hade räckt tex. En fläkt hjälper lite när det är varmt ute. Trevlig personal!❤️ Frukosten. När man bor på ett så fint spahotell och frukosten är sämre än på alla hotellkedjors,så blir man lite besviken. Brödutbudet var sämst, ett bröd,möjligen 2 mjuka bröd är för lite. Juicen,eller koncentratet snarare, var inte god. Den skivade kalkonen såg så god ut, men båda morgnarna luktade den surt tyvärr. Tog den bara den första morgonen,och hann smaka lite och den var sur! Kaffet tog slut och det tog tid innan den kom. Det får verkligen inte hända. Många irriterade.

En av de finare loungerna jag varit på, superfint inrett och bra med olika sittytor och saker att göra. Samma gäller gymmet, ett av de bättre samt pool som ingick i priser. Personalen var alla jättetrevliga och frukosten var helt ok. Saknade bra mjukt bröd och bättre juicer. På minus sidan var varmt rum och hög ljudnivå från trafiken när vi öppnade fönstret, inte så en tyst alltså. Sängarna fick godkänt med lite väl höga kuddar. Promenaden in till stan var lite trist men helt ok gångavstånd.
