"This is the worst place you will ever visit. Terrible, old, dirty, nothing works and won’t refund. Their whole collection have terrible reviews. Theyhad issues from cold to hot water, flooding and non working amenities. We had to leave the next day as we couldn’t stay one more day. They still charged us alot of money for a physical key that we lost while looking for another hotel then refused to refund close to $700. The manager refuses to respond to Expedia emails for refund. The owner was stingy with the electric and lied to us and told us that the air-conditioning/hot water wasn’t working.She told us to be mindful of the kilowatts that we’re using.
