"We checked in and we were put in a room with a very smelly bathroom. Also, the bedsheets had lipstick marks on them, which was very worrying about the facilities' hygiene. We requested a room changed and we were moved to a slightly better room but the AC in that room was not working. At that point, we couldn't be bothered to ask for another relocation.
