In S'acqua Callenti De Basciu, the villa "Rossu" offers an excellent view of the mountain. Situated in a quiet area, the 120 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include a TV, Wi-Fi, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot is also available.

Your private outdoor area includes a garden, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower.

Schönes Haus auf dem Lande

Das Haus war frisch renoviert. Groß, sauber, gut ausgestattet und bei über 35°C Außentemperatur dank 4 Klimaanlagen kühl. Wir haben uns hier von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die große Terrasse haben wir ausgiebig genutzt. Aufgrund der ländlichen Lage benötigt man unbedingt ein Auto, um die sehenswerten Ziele Südsardiniens zu erreichen. 2 Autos konnten problemlos auf dem Grundstück parken. Supermarkt, Tankstelle, Weingut nur wenige Fahrminuten entfernt. Zum Strand 25 Minuten Fahrt. Alles Bestens.
