The worst hotel I been to in my live

This hotel is not more than 1-1.5 star hotel, they have cheated me with the rate when they charged me for the room and they have changed the room from what is shown on Expedia. The hotel looks nothing like the pic's and the location is not the best. The view is nothing like what's shown as the view you will see from the room is for buildings under construction. Take my advice and run as much as possible from this Hotel.

Appaling

Worst. No room service, rooms were late to be given despite being on time, choice of food was bare minimum, even then asked for 1hour to serve dinner! Despite not being flexible staff had the odacity to give stupid excuses instead of trying to be focused on our needs!! Not recommend. Lobby was a mess when we arrived.

Toiletbrættet sad løst. Vandhanerne ved vask sad løst Ingen varmt vand i vandhane om morgenen. Stedet var misligeholdt og “garden view” var til en losseplads. Info om muslimsk hotel - minus alkohol det kunne man godt have oplyst

Great service, pretty view and comfortable

The staff were amazing and super helpful. I didn’t have time for breakfast so they offered me a packed lunch, with sandwiches and fruit. I arrived by taxi and the driver didn’t have change for me. So one of the guys went into town with he driver to change the money and bring it back to me. They were so accomodating.

Primero de todo explicar que las fotos que aparecen en la Web estan trucadas. Estuvimos dos noches en agosto,habia lluvia y bastante fresco. Pasamos frio en el hotel,no tenian ni calefaccion ni mantas,solo un mini calefactor. El servicio de restauracion muy malo,nos hicieron esperar 50' para servir unos sandwichs. Una decepcion.

Coolest hotel ever!

I stayed here with my family (4 persons) . The hotel staff was so sweet, the hotel looked great, modern structure and yet lobbies from where you can easily enjoy the view. Everything was nearby, gregory lake, victoria park etc. great looking rooms and breakfast. They even had driver quaters available which was very convinient because i had rented a car with the driver. Highly recommended!
