I had a nice stay, but to be honest I was expecting more from a property of this standard. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable, however the sheets, towels and dressing gown were pilled, the curtains didn't go to the end of the window, and a cracked tile in the bathroom had been badly repaired. I also found it difficult to mix the taps in the shower to get the right temperature and there were no instructions on how to operate the heater. All in all I didn't feel the quality of the room justified the price. The staff were very helpful though and friendly.

1월말 방문. 모기 없음. 지금까지 사용한 객실중 가장 럭셔리함. 고전적인 가구들로 배치했으나 시설은 현대적. 숙박비는 비싼편이나 all inclusive로 다양한 식사와 간식을 수시로 제공함. 저녁은 코스요리 제공. 직원들 모두 친절함. 호텔 바로 뒤에 차밭이 있고, 근처 그레고리호수도 산책할만함. 사람들이 모두 친절.
