The staff were extremely helpful & the rooms are huge. I had a lovely view of the pool & out to the sea. Walkable to local shops, beach & restaurants.

The property has a ton of potential m, the staff is eager to please but overwhelming texting all day and kinda condescending about the way the handle things, don’t get me wrong they did please but when we booked we were expecting a family room and we got a room with a king bed and had to pay an additional 400k rupees to o open a bed per day for a family room kinda deceiving and breakfast come from an outside vendor at 7:39 am I mean your on vacation why would one want to get up that early to get a boxed breakfast? I guess the stay is worth it if you want to follow a vacation regimen but I thought that was the whole purpose of been on vacation was to get away from that, just saying

Strictly say No to this hotel even if it’s free

Never ever book this hotel even if you get free deal. Worst ever experience. I travel globally but never had such a bad experience anywhere. They literally don’t pick up your call if you need anything. The shower gel was finished and I made complaint 3 times, still they didn’t refill it. Also bathroom shower gel dispenser was broken before I checked in and they thought I broke it. Later on confessed that it was their mistake. The reception staff is not at all polite.
