Nice people lovely fish and chips and chicken shop

Room was very clean, staff very friendly and accomodating. Lots of options offered for local eateries and wineries. Very generous with complimentary water and soft drinks.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is extremely comfortable in a very quiet location, we even heard the kookaburras laughing in the trees. We would definitely stay again!

A lot of places are closed Mondays (some of the cellar doors, cafes and restaurants) so make sure you are visiting over other days to enjoy the full experience.
Looks lovely at this time of year with roses in full bloom. Neat and tidy town. Locals friendly. We were there for a balloon flight. Plenty to do outside of that.
Easy to get around and close to everything needed
The Bakery opposite the motel annexe served great breakfasts and was the best part of our stay in Nuriootpa apart from visiting Maggie Beer’s farm shop which was the main reason for coming here.
Becoming a very busy town these days and a lot of traffic at times.
