Friendly

Short stay but very impressed of the quality of the furniture and fittings in the room breakfast was out standing and service impeccable.

Was fantastic, we had a suite with a separate lounge which was handy. Fantastic access to transport and Nuremberg old town, which was wonderful for walking around. Was nice the room had an openable window to let fresh air in. Would be useful to have 2 storage racks in these rooms but 1 is always the norm it seems. Breakfast was moderate always depends on what you like. Would stay there again.

Very convenient for old city and train station. Service was excellent. Room was clean and comfortable.

Great hotel

Modern hotel with excellent facilities. Easy walk into Nuernberg Aldstadt.

Good location. Tidy and nice. All you need for a stay is here.

Neat elevator

Daniel on reception was great!! Free upgrade :)

my family and l had a wonderful stay comfortable rooms friendly and very officiant staff great value, fully recommend

Great location, close to the Old Town and other attractions. Plenty shops nearby. We enjoyed our stay with a firm bed, but bath towels have done their time. Only drawback is no kettle, tea or coffee provided, you could pay and get one from the reception desk.

Staff were friendly, location great. Very close to the underground. Rooms slightly outdated but exceptionally clean.

Good value, staff friendly, close to trams and rail.

Great location for Christmas markets and exploring the sites.

The staff member at check in was friendly. The room was as described. It was clean and a reasonable size for a family of 4 but the drink fridge did not keep the drinks cool. There was always just enough space in the Hotel parking lot. It was an easy drive into town, and had food choices nearby.
