Ancient Abode House

  • Ancient house completely restored, in the central square of Nurachi, 15 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in the province of Oristano. Warm and welcoming environment offers well-equipped and comfortable spaces.
    The house is located in the historical center of Nurachi (Oristano), a typical village of Sardinia, in the central but very quiet square. Consisting of a stylish, white-looking kitchen, and the dining-lounge area with sofa and armchair, 2 spacious bathrooms with comfortable shower and 2 double bedrooms. Equipment included: lcd tv, oven, fridge / freezer, kitchen equipped with crockery, hairdryer, air conditioning, iron and ironing board. Bed linen and towels included. Nearby there is market, tobacconist, bar, restaurant, pizzeria, ATM (Km.1), newsstand, butchery, fruit and vegetables. The main beaches of the area can be reached in 15 minutes by car. In the above beaches there are all the services necessary for a comfortable holiday.
    We will be present at the arrival of the guest giving directions to the house and the area. Also during your stay you can contact us for any event, for urgency or to advise you a good restaurant, we live close.
    The village is quiet, ideal for relaxing walks. Small shops and clubs are very close to walking around. The most well-stocked shops are in Oristano five minutes by car.

Perfect Stay

An original Sardinian village house, very comfortable and well equipped. Everything was very clean and pleasant. Tiziana is very nice and helpful, the check in worked perfectly. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would book the house again at any time.

Wonderful holiday house

We have been to Sardinia quite a few times, and this lovely house has been one of the best ones we ever had. It is in a nice place, you can reach shops, bars and restaurants easily without a car - and the house itself is very clean and has got everything that you need. Also the wonderful beaches are easy to get to by car. We will definetely come again :-)

Sehr schönes Haus, war wie beschrieben in der Anzeige, sehr schön liebevoll renoviert, tolle Lage.

Wir fanden genau das vor was wir ausgesucht hatten. Ein wunderschönes, liebevoll renoviertes Haus im Zentrum von Nurachi. Titziana und Renzo waren ganz liebe und freundliche Vermieter und haben eine hilfreiche Unterweisung für alles gegeben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants waren zu Fuß erreichbar. Für die schöne Strände ist man zwischen 20und 30 Minuten mit dem Auto unterwegs. Es waren wunderschöne Tage. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Herzliche Grüße Jakob, Iris, Claudia und Marco

Zeer verzorgd huisje in een prachtige omgeving

We werden hartelijk welkom geheten door Tiziana. Het zeer verzorgde huisje is gelegen in een charmant en liefdevol dorpje, vlak naast het dorpsplein met kerk en klokkentoren. Het huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, je voelt je direct thuis. In de buurt zijn prachtige stranden, activiteiten en heerlijke restaurantjes. Een aanrader.

Wunderbares Haus und wunderbare Gastgeber

Das Haus ist ein altes sardisches Stadthaus, das aber top renoviert ist. Alle Räume sind klimatisiert. Es sind viele liebevolle Details in der Dekoration vorhanden. Die Bilder sprechen für sich. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett, sorgen und kümmern sich bei Bedarf sofort. Wir können das Haus ohne Einschränkung empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder buchen.

Très belle location, bien située

Maison de ville, bien agencée, très propre. Les pièces sont spacieuses. Accès très facile à tous les commerces, quelques minutes en voiture. Plage de sable de quartz de Cabras à environ 15 min. La région est superbe. Accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, très disponibles pour leurs hôtes. On recommande!

Ein wunderschönes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus. Wir wurden sehr warmherzig empfangen und auch die ganze Zeit über begleitet ohne das man das Gefühl hatte, es sei zu viel. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist klasse, die Lage ist super, man kann überall hin zu verschiedenen Stränden, Stadt, Kultur, Natur. Schönes Haus in dörflicher Umgebung

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Das Haus wirkt noch sehr neu renoviert, teilweise im sardischen Stil, so dass alles tadellos und schön war. Alles war sauber und die Besitzer haben uns herzlich begrüßt. Es war alles vorhanden zum Kochen, Waschen, etc.. Einige Lebensmittel, wie z.B. Kaffee, Zucker, Salz, Gewürze und Getränke waren als Erstausstattung bereit gestellt. Es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage und alle Fenster haben sehr gute Moskitonetze, so dass man auch die Fenster öffnen kann. Im nicht einsehbaren schönen Innenhof haben wir jeden morgen gefrühstückt. Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert, um die umliegenden Strände, etc. zu erkunden. Einkaufsmöglichenkeiten sind in direkter Nähe. Einen großen Supermarkt, eine Bäckerei, etc. gibt es im Nachbarort Riola Sardo. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, einen tollen Urlaub verbracht und können dieses Haus nur weiter empfehlen.
