From having a mess in 1 room since they were building a bed, no toiletries at all as mentioned, Water was not working properly; lights went off in 1 room and the ac and water not working in another. "At this price point, this hotel is a 10/10. It is in walking distance to local bars and restaurants. Nungwi Beach is about a 10 to 15 minute walk. The walk is not bad at all. You can opt to get a Boda Boda or Tuk Tuk ride to the beach, which cost about $1. And finally, the staff are exceptional. Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the breakfast because I never eat breakfast."
