The rooms are small but the service and hospitality is exceptional. Location is perfect in the old quarter and I would recommend to anyone travelling to Hanoi

Staff not friendly. Locked key in room and girl at front desk didn’t want to give me another key. I swear she rolled her eyes at me. Charged me 50% more for an airport car than other nearby hotels. Place isn’t bad, but better, cheaper, friendlier options all over Old Quarter in Hanoi. Wouldn’t stay again.
