"From the moment I arrived at reception to check in, the main goal of the staff was to get extra money out of me. The room I had booked wasn’t ready because they were very busy but I could have an upgrade for an extra €40 per night and that room was ready so I accepted as we were tired and hungry. "Friendly contact via email with owner Mr Malone finalizing the booking and a also a phone call from Titan properties before arrival. Titan (Antonia) was very helpful during our stay. Sad we didn't read the pool was closed until May 15th. With two very young children a huge disappointment. No alternatives either in surrounding area only a public pool in Cartaya 15 minutes away. "Great property with friendly and helpful staff, very well located near the beach and in a peaceful area. It is a very big property and spotless clean everywhere, including the rooms, congrats to the efficiency of the cleaning team! The food in the buffet restaurants was good overall, with a nice variety but what I did not like was the noise, the crowds and the stress of the other guests in the restaurants during mealtime and the long lines sometimes to get a drink at the bar. Kids facilities and activities are great, my kids had a lot of fun (9 and 12 years old). Overall, I had a great experience!"
