decepcionante pelas fotos mostradas na internet , sujo , mau cuidado , quarto extremamente velho , a cama era otima mas o colchão não serve para jogar fora , o banheiro um horror , as roupas da cama velhas , usadas e com pessimo aspecto , os moveis do quarto eram do seculo retrasado e o frigobar nunca foi limpo ou descongelado ... a unica coisa que prestou no hotel foi o cafe da manhã , e so permaneci os 3 dias pois o cancelamento sairia mais caro do que as diarias ... não recomendo ao meu maior inimigo

Primeiro a piada do estacionamento, é gratis por que é na via pública (no check-in o atendente ignorou minha reclamação) A limpeza poderia ser melhor... Os atendentes muito simpáticos, exceto a senhora com quem fiz checkout, muito mal humorada... Quarto bom, embora o colchão da minha filha estivesse muito ruim, ainda bem que haviam duas camas de solteiro (mudei eu mesmo o colchão). O da cama de casal era razoável. O balcout do quarto estava com problemas (rasgado em uma das pontas, deixando o sol entrar... Café da manhã razoável (poucas frutas e sem reposição)

Minha atividade em BSB se restringiu a uma atividade profissional próxima ao aeroporto. Daí que a hospedagem no N. Bandeirante foi oportuna. Não conhecia o Max Hotel e a expectativa era de um hotel com menos conveniências. A surpresa foi positiva, dado que não esperava um hotel de luxo. Sua simplicidade é acolhedora e a equipe, bastante simpática.

O preço já dava uma ideia!

Embora tenha permanecido por apenas 24h, a estadia no hotel foi uma das piores vividas. O ar condicionado era sofrível, o wi-fi simplesmente não conectava, as camas (duas de solteiro) muito usadas, possuíam molas já deformadas. A única janela, do banheiro, dava para uma área interna de cerca de 40 cm quadrados, permitindo ouvir ruídos do quarto vizinho. Sua localização dava para o corredor de acesso ao salão do café da manhã, com acústica péssima. A televisão (a cabo??) só permitia ver um único canal. O resto simplesmente não transmitia nada. Em suma, a única ressalva para as péssimas acomodações fica por conta do pessoal, que é simpático e prestativo, embora limitado.
