Perfect for a gathering with family or friends, come enjoy a collection of very cosy, private accommodation that can sleep up to 18 people. A large reception room can accommodate all your guests.

Beauval Zoo is 10 minutes away, and some of the most beautiful châteaux of the Loire Valley within a 50-km radius

Located in a former farmhouse, the longère has been completely renovated to create separate living spaces.

You’ll be staying in the entire building, which consists of two apartments and a house. Each unit is independent, and the entire space centers around a large, versatile living area where everyone can gather for a meal or a celebration.

Everything has been thoughtfully arranged to make you feel right at home.

For your convenience, basic household supplies are provided (rubbish bags, dish soap, sponges, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, salt, sugar, oil, and vinegar).

On the ground floor of the farmhouse, at the left end of the building, you’ll find two apartments.

In the centre of the farmhouse is a reception room that can be configured to suit your needs. You can access it directly from the house or from outside via the apartments.

On nice days, you can enjoy the outdoor area, which includes a courtyard and the house’s garden.

A barbecue, along with garden tables and lounge chairs, are available for you to relax and enjoy time with friends and family.

On weekends, the property is fully enclosed; during the week, due to our wine-growing operations, a gate at the back of the property will remain open during the day.

A wide range of amenities is available to help you make the most of your stay (TVs, internet, dishwashers, microwaves, washing machines, and dryers).

You also have access to a home theatre, books, board games, and outdoor games.

To enhance your stay, a spa pool is available for unlimited use (additional fee of €150 for stays of 1 to 3 nights or €300 for longer stays; payable on site). Please bring your own dressing gown and slippers!

Parking is easy within the estate grounds or on the adjacent streets.

The accommodation is located in the heart of our vineyard, where we’ll be delighted to welcome you for a tour of our estate and a wine tasting.

Close to the shops in Noyers-sur-Cher, you can walk to pick up bread or stop by the mini-market to stock up on groceries.

The accommodation is ideally located 7.5 km from the famous Beauval Zoopark, 22 km from Montpoupon, 24 km from Montrésor, 29 km from Chenonceaux, 30 km from Cheverny, 38 km from Amboise (Clos Lucé, Château Royal, Mini-Châteaux Park, Chanteloup Pagoda), 41 km from Blois (Palais de la Magie, Château), and 46 km from Chambord.

After these visits—each one more fascinating than the last—come relax and cool off at the developed beach in Saint-Aignan, located 3 km away.

The cleaning fee is included in the rental price.

Upon request, two travel cots and two high chairs can be provided.

Optional: bed linens and towels available for rent at a rate of €10 per person.

A security deposit of 1,500€ will be required upon arrival and will be refunded no later than one week after your departure.
