They did not assign the correct room you reserved. They ended up giving me a standard room when I booked a deluxe tower and didn’t have time to switch because of event and other room wasn't ready. They check-in was insane and long. Only one mobile check-in machine was working. Mind you I checked in at 5 pm. Check-in time is 4 pm.

Hotel was nice, room was nice. However, I asked not to have room service. I was only there 1 1/2 nights. Somebody was in my room and stole my neck cushion. That makes me very uncomfortable and that the hotel staff is not trust worthy.

I liked the location in the country side. I did not like that even though I had a reservation they did not seem to be expecting me. I also did not like the fact that the room smelt musty.
