"The view onto the car park was not great. Breakfast was poor value. Secure car parking £10 Euros. Good location and nice and quiet surroundings but we heard every footstep of the residents above our room."

"We had a cozy room by the canal overlooking the lighthouse by the sea and enjoyed the sunset. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean."

"This hotel is brand new and so the satnav had great difficulty in finding it, but perseverance paid off. The room was smallish but fine and the bed was really good - a rarity in French hotels! The reception was excellent and the restaurant was way beyond our expectations - lovely staff and super food. This is a really convenient stopover spot for heading to and from France via Calais."

"This is a simple, efficient, friendly and well-run hotel. Also has an excellent restaurant for a hotel of this size. In fact I literally just stayed at the Ibis Styles Châtelaillon-Plage which has a spa, a pool and is near the beach - a nice hotel too, but its restaurant really is pricey and mediocre. The Ibis Abbeville, supposedly a lower standard absolutely beats it hands down with regard to service and its restaurant."

"Very nice hotel for £60/ night, clean and spacious room. Dinner at restaurant was excellent! Good size portions. Nice to have a bar and restaurant open on a Sunday evening when most of France closes down all day. Shame hotel.com allows hotel to advertise the spa and pool as part of the hotel rate when there’s a 35€ fee for the use of the pool and jacuzzi. "

"What a lovely spot. So peaceful with on the sounds of ducks cockerels and donkey’s for a bit of background atmosphere. Located in the French countryside with close local amenities. And most of the place we visited were only 30 mins drive away. Abbevile close with great train links to Paris where we spent a great day and Amiens just over an hour drive Was about 1 hour 30 mins drive to visit the world war 1 memorial sites, well worth the drive. The cottages is lovely very French. But garden is huge with great fencing so perfect for children and dogs. All though we didn’t need her the owner was easily reachable and live local when we arrived all it took was a quick call and she was with us in 5 mins. I’m sure if we needed her she would have been there. Great place great area can recommend and we will surely use again if we are in that area. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟"

"The apartment itself was a good size there was only the two of us, but I think would be cramped for 6 people. The apartment had everything we needed. The swimming pool complex is under construction which we were aware of before we booked, however the restaurants have limited service We went to buy a take out pizza at 7:15 and was told there wasn’t a pizza chef working that day. Went to the golf clubhouse ordered a bottle of wine €19 asked for a menu and was told they stop serving food at 3pm So although the place has lots to offer, you can’t rely on the website for what’s actually available and when It was fine for the two of us, but if you have children I think this would be a disappointing holiday "
