"House was a good size for what we required. Plenty of space to relax. Pool was good once we cleaned it. It was pretty dirty. We were unable to use the grass area as the grass was overgrown and needed mowing. Overall cleanliness was ok. Just the ovens and bbq needed a really thorough clean. Main issue was the damp smell of the lower ground floor. Carpet may have been wet and not dried??"

"We recently had the pleasure of spending three incredible nights with friends at Shoalhaven, and I can confidently say it was the perfect way to ring in the New Year!From the moment we arrived, the house was very clean and the aircon was ON (it was very hot outside, so it was nice). The accommodation was fantastic, very spacious, clean, and it has a big garden with BBQ. I think for the amount of ppl that this house fits (8 ppl) it would be appreciate it by guest if there were more kitchen...
