"I have booked and stayed at many beautiful houses and hotels, so can say without a doubt that the calibre of this house cannot be beat. There was something for all ages, with no details missed. All the guest raved about how comfortable the beds were & how amazing it was that there were 20 of us there and yet we weren’t all on top of each other (there is just so much space). "Enjoyed lovely clean accommodation with beautiful garden & waterfront views to Curleys Bay. Convenient location which allowed us to stay and enjoy the ambience of the bay & their breathtaking sunsets, walk to Culburra Beach & visit the cute local cafes. We even took some kayaks for a paddle on the bay which were conveniently offered by the friendly hosts. The hosts were extremely attentive & welcoming during our stay. Would stay again."

"Melissa was very accommodating as we had asked to check in a tad early to let our son nap at the property. She had set the heater to go on an hr before we arrived so that the house is nice and toasty when we entered. The property was perfect, very neat, had everything we needed and the heated bathroom floors were a bonus!"

"We had little time to meet between work contracts and time zones, so we collided at Syd airport, hired a car and headed to Cosy Cottage. We had a wonderful time. Thank you. "Just as the listing describes, a great river retreat which was fun for the whole family. The kids spent the weekend using the stand up paddle board on the river, as well as fishing and a bit of swimming. The house is set up really well. The house is lovely, the bathroom is newly renovated which is lovely however the bath tub plug didn’t work and the bathroom floor constantly held water which became slippery and slimy. "The room was large, very clean, well present and had more than enough essentials to ensure that if you’d forgotten to bring anything, it was already there! The room was definitely cleaned by a perfectionist, that pays grave attention to detail. I genuinely have never left a review before but I feel like I would be doing a disservice to everyone if I didn’t make it very clear that this was money, very well spent. I will be returning, as it’s hard to find places with this much thought and consideration gone into every facet of a stay away from home. Thank you."
