"The apartment and the location is fine. There were some issues (like the water wasn't turned on for the apartment, the provided door code didn't work...), and then the windows were letting in sound and cold from the street.
Also it lacked several things for comfort, like a bed-lamp, a toaster and so on.
All in all I'd recommend it for the price and location. Anything else was not very good."
"The property was excellent for walking around Old Town Warsaw. Step outside the from door and you are in the square by royal castle. Explore old town or walk to the river for a leisurely stroll. Many restaurants and bakeries to choose from. Excellent choice for a stay."

"All good, very nice hotel, quiet and clean. The facilities are outstanding, and the breakfast was great.
The only thing I would have changed, is the possibility to have lighter duvet or just bed sheets, as the night got pretty warm even with the aircon at minimum temp. "
"Room was clean and very spacious. We stayed on 5th floor so the room was quiet and we did not hear any street noises. The AC unit is quiet and can be adjusted. Staff is friendly and helpful. If you choose to have a breakfasts at the Hetman Hotel there is huge selection of items including eggs, meats, cheese, breads, pastries, salads. We enjoyed are 3 nights stay at Hetman Hotel."
"This place is awesome! Our 2 bedroom suite had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. The location is perfect as it’s a short walk to the old town area and the bus stop to get anywhere else you need. The hotel staff was outstanding, especially Boris who helped us multiple times. They even provided snacks, beverages and a small amenities basket. Our son loved the gummy bears. Great place. Stay here! "
