Located in a quiet residential area in Krylov Street, it gives a glimpse of ordinary everyday life in Novosibirsk. The area seems quiet, neat and safe, lots of greenery. Krylov Street makes for a pleasant walk in the summer and fall, except not much food options right next to the hotel - more food further out west, towards Krasny Prospekt. There are budget meals and other amenities available a block away, 5-10 min walk to the north, in the shopping mall on Gogol Street, which also has an MRT station (Marshal Pokryshkin Stn). There's also some food at the hotel itself. The a la carte offer is not too bad, the breakfast a bit too basic.

Просторная квартира но , все услуги вроде уборки и смена белья платные , если бесплатно то специально сделано что ждать довольно долго . бесплатно Смена белья раз в 8 дней , уборка раз в 4 дня. Парковка платная 350 р ночь , если бесплатно то ставь где хочешь . К празднику просто подняли цену за аренду . Вообщем в итоге получается переплата за все и за эти деньги можно что-то и лучше снять. Не рекомендуется

Extremely polite, helpful and friendly staff. A large, clean apartment with a huge fridge-freezer, a comfortable bed, and a powerful shower. There’s a big supermarket just across the street, and the metro and bus stop are just a couple of minutes’ walk. I would happily stay here again.

Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend, Lage ist Spitze auch gute Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe, nur waren paar Ausstattungsgegenstände def. Z.B Türrahmen zum Bad, oder auch Türe zum Spülbecken. Aber alles in allem sehr guter Service und sehr freundliches Personal. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Very enjoyable stay!

We had the “comfort apartment”- I think it was called. One bedroom, a kitchen, and bathroom. Spotlessly clean. There is housekeeping only every 6 days but that was fine with us. No breakfast included but there’s a small restaurant in the ground floor; we went to the grocery store (5 min walk) to get breakfast stuff. There’s a huge mall about 20-25 min walk with tons of stores and restaurants. Not much English spoken by the staff of the hotel but it worked out OK for us. I’d recommend this hotel; for the price it’s a gem!

Отель понравился.Прекрасное сочетание цены, качества и место расположения.Единственное пожелание добавить в номера веничек. Уборка осуществляется раз в три дня и небольшое количество песка ( мы были зимой) в прихожей стало мешать. А вызывать уборщиков из-за такой мелочи как-то не очень. Но это пустяк. В целом отлично.

Отель нам очень понравился, если будет необходимость, то останавливаться будем именно там.Расположение отеля удобное, находится на спокойной улице вблизи центра города,метро рядом,транспортная схема удобная. Персонал внимательный и приветливый.Номера очень чистые, снабжены всем необходимым (утюг,гладильная доска, посуда есть в наличии), ремонт проведен недавно, мебель и сантехника новая и в очень хорошем состоянии. В отеле можно аппетитно позавтракать или заказать себе еду в номер,за вполне умеренную плату. Еще раз спасибо персоналу за гостеприимство.

예약이 잘 못 되었는지 조식 이용이 어려웠습니다 하지만 깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 다 괜찮았어요 거기서 일하던 귀여운 젠느가 다시 보고싶네요
