Gorgeous home in Strada Contesa

In the well-known vacation destination Novigrad, in a good and quiet environment near the sea is this modern villa. It is luxuriously furnished, on the first floor there is the kitchen, the living area with a stone barbecue, a bedroom with a bathroom and a sauna where you can relax. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms with bathrooms. In the well-maintained garden, the pool with sunbathing area as well as a heated Jacuzzi await you and invite you to relax. Next to it is a summer kitchen with a grill, where you can prepare delicious dishes. You can also visit the town center, where numerous entertaining cultural events await you.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Up to one pet is allowed. Outdoor private pool on site is open May - end September.

Schönes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus.

Schönes und zweckmäßig eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Outdoor Möbel in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise defekt. Küchen Ausstattung sollte um einige Gläser und größere Töpfe ergänzt werden. Pool und Whirlpool immer sauber und gepflegt. Netter Empfang und problemlose Rückgabe. Wir würden auf jeden Fall gerne wiederkommen.
