Villa Noa is located in the peaceful coastal village of Pridraga, in Zadar County. This modern house is ideal for a family vacation or enjoying time with friends, offering an incredible sea view. Its location, just a few meters from the coast, provides a relaxing atmosphere and proximity to natural beauty.



The house spans two floors and contains everything needed for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The cozy living room with a fireplace is a perfect place to relax. The first floor features the main bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and balcony, ideal for enjoying peaceful morning moments. The outdoor area includes a garden, a heated pool with sunbeds, and an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, where you can prepare meals.



The villa is located just 10 meters from the beach, while the city of Zadar, with its historical landmarks and restaurants, is 30 kilometers away. Nature lovers will find plenty of opportunities for cycling and hiking.
