We were caught in a rare mid-April blizzard, which limited our activities, but the staff’s incredible hospitality more than made up for it. This is a family-run hotel that’s been lovingly operated for decades, and you can really feel the care they put into everything. When it became clear we couldn’t go out for dinner, they went above and beyond by setting up a private table for us in the lobby. It was such a thoughtful touch and really speaks to the warmth of the team. The rooms are cosy and comfortable, and we woke up to breathtaking mountain views each morning. Breakfast was simple but very tasty—fresh, satisfying, and just what you need to start the day. The location is also great—close enough to the main town of Crans-Montana for convenience, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and relaxing. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a charming, comfortable stay with genuinely caring hosts. We’re already thinking about coming back—hopefully without the blizzard next time! "
