"Le service au restaurant pour le souper a été très décevant. 45 min d'attente pour une lasagne vegan qui ne contenait que des légumes (pas de pâtes du tout) et du fromage fondu, et j'avais faim! J'ai terminé mon repas avec du pain et du fromage et des gâteaux qui me restaient dans la chambre. Petit déjeuner correct, servi dès 5h du matin"

"The room was clean but I had two issues and I was that the room was really small and there was really no hot water in the sink. The shower had hot water and was decent but these were the two issues I have with the room. I picked this because it had a gym and although the rooftop pool area was nice the gym would be better if they had some kind of weight equipment."

"Location is not in a nice neighborhood. Could not even take a shower as the shower area was not draining and causing pooling of water. Reported the incident but no subsequent action taken by attending staff at night. Hotel conditions needed a fix. Overall, I definitely cannot recommend this facility nor would I try the facility. "

"Hot water took a long time to partially warm up and then cooled back, AC was dated and noisy, bed sheets were minimal. Otherwise staff was helpful, room was clean, food was good, and transportation to and from the airport was very efficient."
