"Pros: Marilena ist ein großartiger Host, hat immer prompt auf Fragen reagiert und unsere Wünsche ermöglicht.
Großer Balkon, schön eingerichtete Wohnung, Early-Check-In war problemlos möglich. Obwohl es nicht in der Beschreibung stand, hat die Wohnung sogar eine Waschmaschine, was eine positive Überraschung war.
Cons: Ziemlich weit am Stadtrand, das haben wir vorher unterschätzt. Mehrere Busse in der Nähe fahren regelmäßig zum Strand und nach Cagliari, aber ein Auto wäre vermutlich vorteilhafter...

"Kommunikation eher schwierig nur per App möglich. Der Vermieter war von Beginn an etwas aufdringlich und wollte alles zu seinen Gunsten abändern: Buchung über Expedia, Ankunftszeit und Abreisezeit, Ankunft wegen eines Defekts. Hier musste man immer eine Stunde früher fertig sein, das war nervig. Auch das mit der Müllabfuhr hatte er uns erklärt und wir haben es so gemacht , wie wir es verstanden hatten, aber am Ende war es wohl doch falsch ?!?! Hier wäre eine Infomappe im Haus in mehreren...
