"Appartement pour 2 personnes avec terrasse et vue sur mer.Situation intéressante, proche de la plage, belle promenade Marcel Proust où les piétons peuvent marcher sans risque de se faire renverser par les 2 roues. Possibilité d'aller au centre (1/4h); grandes surfaces à 10 min en voiture. Dives-sur-Mer à 10 min et Houlgate à 15 min en voiture. Plage réservée aux chiens à 20 min à pied ou 5 min "en portant" le (petit) chien sur la (grande) plage découverte à marée basse...Le propriétaire est très aimable et prévenant.Excellente expérience."
