Nestled in the countryside between Noto, Modica, and Palazzolo Acreide, Villa Castelluccio is a beautifully restored farmhouse—perfect for a dream holiday in Sicily. Surrounded by olive, almond, and carob trees, the villa accommodates up to 12 guests in two separate units. The main unit sleeps 7, featuring 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, one of which is accessible for guests with reduced mobility. The adjacent unit offers two connecting bedrooms and a bathroom, suitable for 5 guests. The villa provides a fully equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi, and TV. For families with children, a cot and high chair can be provided on request. Outside, you can enjoy a spacious garden with a patio, outdoor kitchen with barbecue, and a pool (open May to October), creating a relaxing retreat far from city noise. The location is ideal for exploring the UNESCO-listed Baroque towns of eastern Sicily, including Noto, Modica, Ragusa, Palazzolo Acreide, and Syracuse. The beaches of the Vendicari Nature Reserve are also within easy reach.
