- Villa AleGiù is an independent, comfortable house in Reitani (Marzamemi), just 500 meters from "Spinazza" beach and 1 km from Marzamemi’s fishing village. Spread over two floors, it accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs you’ll find a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the property, a room with bunk beds, a room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double on request, and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, espresso machine, food processor, dishes), and a second bathroom. The villa offers air conditioning, free WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linen, and towels for kitchen and bathroom. Outside, enjoy a large, well-kept fenced garden with a covered terrace, dining area, barbecue, and a handy outdoor shower after the beach. Free private parking on site. The area is peaceful and breezy—ideal for families—just minutes by car from Marzamemi, Porto Palo, Pachino, Noto, and the Vendicari Nature Reserve. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
