Villa AleGiù is an independent, comfortable house in Reitani (Marzamemi), just 500 meters from "Spinazza" beach and 1 km from Marzamemi’s fishing village. Spread over two floors, it accommodates up to 6 guests in 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Upstairs you’ll find a double bedroom with a balcony overlooking the property, a room with bunk beds, a room with a sofa bed that can be converted into a double on request, and a bathroom with shower. Downstairs there’s a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, espresso machine, food processor, dishes), and a second bathroom. The villa offers air conditioning, free WiFi, TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, bed linen, and towels for kitchen and bathroom. Outside, enjoy a large, well-kept fenced garden with a covered terrace, dining area, barbecue, and a handy outdoor shower after the beach. Free private parking on site.
