Kalimba is part, along with other four charming independent apartments, of the same property, situated just a stone’s throw from San Lorenzo’s beach, near Marzamemi.

These apartments have been recently renewed and each of them consists of a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

All of them have their own independent entrance, parking space and private outdoor area equipped with garden furniture. The cozy, well-proportioned interiors come complete with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, sat-TV, washing machine, electric oven and BBQ.

Kalimba is 60 m2, with 50 m2 terrace and 150 m2 garden, on the ground floor are found the kitchen/living room with sofa bed, 1 double bedroom with en-suite shower, 1 further double bedroom, and 1 bathroom with shower.

Outside, there is a veranda, the garden and the sun terrace.

Kalimba is the perfect spot for relaxing beach holidays, the property is also a perfect base for excursions. The close Vendicari nature reserve, the picuresque villages of Marzamemi and Portopalo di Capo Passero, the charming baroque towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa Ibla and Syracuse are all a short drive away.

Rental rules
Minimum stay 4 nights; changeover day flexible (7 nights from 7 July to 31 August, arrival on Fridays).
Check-in time is from 17:00 to 21:00; Checkout time is between 8:00 and 10:00.
Late check-in (after 21:00 until 24:00): € 40 (subject to prior agreement). Early checkout: € 40
A security deposit of 200 euros has to be paid on arrival and it will be returned on departure less any charge in case of damages.
The rates are inclusive of: gas, water, electricity up to 200 kwh (over 200 kwh an extra charge of € 0,60 per kwh will be applied), final cleaning, weekly change of bed linens, bath and beach towels, weekly tidying-up of the bedrooms and bathrooms (1 hour), cot, welcome basket (local items).
City tax not included, according to the local law.

Extras on request:

Cook: € 200 + food and beverage
Maid service: € 25 per hour (min. 2 hours)
