In the area of 'Piano Alto' in the historical center of Noto, UNESCO world heritage site, this house is located on the first floor, in a renovated building dating back to 1880; it is overlooking the picturesque skyline of the beautiful town Baroque, on the dome of the Cathedral, the roofs of houses and monuments and on the wonderful sea of the Gulf of Noto, you can sighting the island of Portopalo and the tip of Capo Passero.
The home offers comfort and style: spacious rooms and bathrooms, antique furniture, air conditioning and heating in the bedrooms, satellite TV, furnished balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying a good cup of coffee or relaxing with a glass of Sicilian wine.
The home can accommodate two different families, each with their own privacy, because it has a common entrance will extend two apartments, each about 70 sq. m., Each with living room with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, ideal for four people can comfortably accommodate seven.
A few meters away, down a stone staircase, you reach the main street of the beautiful baroque town of Noto, called the Garden of Stone by art historian Cesare Brandi, the heart of the city, with restaurants, pastry shops, the famous Caffè Sicilia, bars and shops. Very frequented in high season, fascinating in other periods.
Staying in the house will also give you the opportunity to visit the beautiful south-east of Sicily, its immense cultural and natural treasures and its beautiful beach.

Lovely time in Noto

We felt right at home in this spacious, well-equipped space. The views were lovely and we enjoyed getting our exercise walking up and down the roads of this stunning village! Thank you as well for the restaurant suggestions and for your availability.

Cute 1 Bedroom Apartment in Excellent Location

We really enjoy our Noto visit and and felt that this apartment was perfect for a couple. It was nice to have a living area separate from the bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. And the location was excellent. Noto was charming. Be aware that there are two flights of steps to reach the apartment.

Très bel appartement

Appartement très agréable, très bien placé dans le centre historique de Noto, au calme, idéal pour visiter la région, ce logement convient parfaitement pour un couple mais pas pour une famille car le canapé lit n’est pas du tout confortable et pas de climatisation en dehors de la chambre.

Beautiful apartment! Heat, hot water, great water pressure. Wonderful host. Apartment comes with shampoo, water, a bottle of wine, cake, and a spectacular view. Owner was very attentive. Easy walk to the sites and restaurants. Highly recommend and would stay again.

Wir haben eine Sommerwoche in der Wohnung verbracht (Familie zu dritt). Die Wohnung liegt zentral, ist sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr geräumig. Ein echtes Plus war die Waschmaschine und die gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Wohnung liegt zentral, die wesentlichen touristischen Attraktionen Notos sind gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Man hat vom Balkon auch einen tollen Blick auf die Altstadt. Livia und Daniela sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen und gerade Daniela hat uns bei allen Fragen, die wir hatten, sehr geholfen. Dann gab es noch so kleine Aufmerksamkeiten wie Sonnenschirme und Bälle, die man mit zum Strand nehmen kann. Wir haben uns echt zuhause gefühlt.

Une excellente adresse a Noto

Nous avons loué les deux appartements, un pour nous et l'autre pour les enfants. Ils sont reliés et on peut faire ne sorte qu'une seule porte donne sur les deux appartements, comme s'il était d'un seul tenant. Les enfants ont apprécie de pouvoir disposer d'un endroit nuit pour eux, plus a l’écart. Nous avons vraiment apprécié le logement, les hauts plafonds, le volume, la vue sur Noto, et le confort. La maison se trouve au centre de Noto, entre le tres beau quartier baroque du bas, plus touristique, et un quartier que nous avons trouvé plus authentique, avec ses petits commerces (boulangerie, pâtisserie, poissonnerie, épicerie …) ou nous avions nos habitudes. Nous y avons rencontre des commerçants très sympathiques. Nous n'avons pas utilise le garage, ce n’était pas la peine. Notre voiture est restée garée juste en bas de l'appartement, sans problème de place. La propriétaire s'est montrée très efficaces lors de la réservation, et très disponible.

Sehr zu empfehlen...

Wir haben unsere Tage in dieser Wohnung sehr genossen und konnten uns hier sehr gut erholen. Durch die gute zentrale Lage ist man überall sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr geräumig und sauber und gut ausgestattet, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Zudem ist Livia eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und stets um alles bemüht, wir wurden sogar mit einer Flasche Wein und Süssigkeiten empfangen. In allen Bereichen eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft.

Bellissimo appartamento

Abbiamo soggiornato in questi appartamenti nel mese di agosto. Essendo un gruppo di amici abbiamo utilizzato entrambi gli appartamenti tra loro separati ma volendo anche comunicanti. La casa è davvero grande e accogliente. La vista su tutta la città e la posizione sono ottime e per visitare la città bastano pochi minuti per arrivare in centro (se non conoscete Noto però considerate che la città è tutta in salita). Anche per il parcheggio non ci sono problemi a trovarne nelle vicinanze. La padrona di casa è stata estremamente cortese e accogliente. Gli appartamenti puliti e già dotati di ogni necessità. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Ideal solution for two couples

Customer service is great. Light touch management with a warm welcome from Livia and her husband. Sunday arrival and departure not a problem. Restaurants are open Sunday evening, as are the shops. Communication prompt and accurate. Property description accurate. Light, airy, clean and two streets above the centre of Noto. For two couples travelling together this is the ideal solution. Livia has two adjacent apartments which have a communal entry. We rented both concurrently for a week. Everything you need for self catering is to hand. Everything works. We would happily return for more and will recommend to friends.

Lovely holiday

Beautiful stay in Noto

We had a wonderful time in Noto. The apartment has a beautiful view on the historical center of Noto and the sea. All attractions, great restaurants, cafes and shops are within walking distance. Livia was wonderful and helpful, giving us all useful information and recommendations. The apartment is very clean, nicely furnished and spacious. La titolare, Signora Livia, si contraddistingue non solo per la gentilezza, la cortesia, la disponibilità, ma, in particolare, per la premura e l’attenzione al cliente in quanto crea le migliori condizioni al fine di rendere piacevole la permanenza ai propri “ospiti”. Beautiful location and Excellent Host

Lovely accommodation in the old town, with great view to the sea. Within easy walk to all attractions, restaurants, cafes, shops. The house was spacious and very clean. Livia was wonderful providing us the great recommendations, advice and help. Really enjoyed our Easter in Noto and especially the hospitality shown by Livia and her family for the Good Friday procession, which made our stay very special.

"The house is very big and confortable, with everything you need to cook and clean. We never had problems with parking the car nearby, and Noto has the best cafe' in the area (5 min. walking from the house)! It was very silent during the night, as it is located in the upper town, and quite fresh despite the very hot summer. The owner is very nice and friendly."

"We spent a great time in...

"We spent a great time in Noto. The apartment is very conveniently located in the historical center of Noto, in a quiet road. It''s furnished with original liberty pieces, and the building itself is a 19th century house, renewed and fitted with all modern facilities. Livia and Orazio are extremely warm and welcoming people, available and very well organized. They provided us with plenty of useful information on events, goings-on, shops, restaurants, so that we could start enjoying the city from day one. There is so much to explore, visit or simply relax, that you can easily fill up two weeks of stay. We would absolutely recommend it to friends."
