Casa Philomena, set in an ancient and charming historic courtyard in the very heart of Noto, is an exclusive retreat where charm, elegance, and contemporary comfort come together. Bright and harmonious spaces welcome you from the very first moment, enhanced by stone vaults, wooden-beamed ceilings, and furnishings that blend antique elements with modern design in a natural way. The house features three bedrooms and can comfortably host 6 guests, with the possibility of accommodating up to 8 guests thanks to a practical sofa bed in the living area. One of the bedrooms has a furnished balcony overlooking the inner courtyard, while each room has its own private bathroom, ensuring privacy and comfort.

These are complemented by two dedicated spaces: a charming wellness area with a hot tub, ideal for pure relaxation, and a spacious living room with a 55-inch LED TV and a comfortable sofa. The fully equipped kitchen, fitted with a dishwasher, microwave, and all necessary utensils, opens onto a generous dining area, perfect for sharing meals together.
