"Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 12 Leuten in dem Haus. Das Haus ist sehr sehr schön eingerichtet und hat genug Platz für alle. Wir haben nach einer Unterkunft für diese Personenanzahl gesucht, in der wir nach einem Event in Hamburg übernachten können. "Pros: Der Check-in war super einfach und entspannt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und gepflegt. Man hatte alles nötige was man braucht. Kurz zu uns wir haben einen Generationenkurzurlaub gemacht, Oma mit Enkeln und Urenkel plus Hund. Die Lage bietet sich sich optimal an. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bieten sich an und auch der See ist Fußläufig erreichbar. Einen Moorerlebnispfad gibt es auch. Wer Ruhe und Idylle bevorzugt ist hier genau richtig."

"Die Klimaanlage war ausgefallen und unser Zimmer hatte eine Raumtemperatur von 28*C. Man erklärte uns, dass das fehlende Bauteil fehle und nur schwer beschaffbar ist. Ohne große Diskussion hat man uns als Ausgleich ein kostenfreies Getränk an der Bar angeboten. Das fanden wir korrekt und respektvoll. Überhaupt waren alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sehr sehr freundlich. Da fühlte man sich wirklich als Gast und herzlich willkommen. "

"We arrived at 5:15 and there wasn’t anyone to check us in. The property description said the reception would be staffed. We had the get a construction worker to call the number that was on the door. The property was under construction. It was very noisy when we arrived. The rooftop terrace was not finished. The rooms had very basic amenities. When we asked for soap to wash our hands in the bathroom, we were told there was no soap. Very unsanitary. In the pictures, coffee and tea packets were shown but none were in our room. There were no hangers in the closet, and no trash can in the bathroom. Also, please make a note that rooms do not have air conditioning. But even though the description says a no smoking premises, people were smoking near the door and the smell carried down the hallway. I would not stay here again."

"Der Aufenhalt war insgesamt gut, aber als wir in Eingangsbereich warten mussten, lief ununterbrochen der Fernsehsender MTv Musik. mir ist nicht bekannt wie das Durchschnittsalter ihrer Gäste ist, aber diese Musikclips sind wohl nur für unter 20 jährige gut. Warum läuft da nicht z.b. ein Nachrichtensender, das wäre für alle interessant"
