"Javier is an excellent host. Communicates well and is very responsive. Condo is a 13-minute walk from Playa Pelada and the beachside Olga’s Restaurant is highly recommended. "Stayed here for guys surf trip. Great layout for 3-4 individuals with own private sleep areas and common rooms. Plunge pool was great for quick cool down and hang out area. 5 min walk to Bodhi Tree yoga resort which had classes every hour plus great breakfasts. 10-15 min walk to town or can call tuk-tuk. House is on quieter side of town and 5 min walk to the beach. Ryan was great help with dinner and surf reservations and wealth of knowledge about the area. Would definately stay here again."

"Beautiful property! I hope I can come back again next year. Location was roomy, quiet and safe. We walked to the beach every morning for a swim and then Bohdi for yoga. House was so clean and comfortable. Lots of towels and linens for swimming and pool lounging. Concierge was so so helpful with bookings and questions. Highlights were the snorkeling trip and Coffee farm experience with Kenneth. One of our best finds ever! Enjoy"

"We really enjoyed our stay. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. Everything was as pictured on the listing. The only reason I did not give 5 stars from top to bottom was because the Air Conditioning in the living room was only available with an additional charge. "This property was perfect for our large group of two families. This is centrally located in Playa Guiones (Nosara) with a short walk to the beach and all the restaurants and shops. My son and I surfed Nosara last year and returned this year with the whole family plus another. Everyone loved the property. It is very relaxing, comfortable, safe, and furnished beautifully. "Casa Zenith is an amazing place to stay. We went with another family (4 adults 7 kids ages 6-11). House is perfect for two families. There are two masters, two laundry rooms and great bedroom layout for kids. Pool is unreal and outdoor area is perfect. Highly recommend this place."

There were a couple of fairly minor problems with the home during our stay specifically several roof leaks during heavy rains that need to be addressed. "Wonderful garden setting, just a quick 2 minute stroll to beautiful Playa Pelada. The small house was perfect for a couple and made an ideal retreat. Fantastic sunsets! Set in a Tico neighborhood with an easy walk to restaurants . . . Tonito's (Sara), Il Peperoni, Olga's, and La Luna. Certainly not the Four Seasons . . . so much more!
