"Unsure what makes this an eco retreat aside from the fact they ask you to bring your own water bottle to refill with water they provide and there is no hot water for showers. The property has a lot of potential but it felt maybe slightly neglected. There was a lot of debris on the ground, the kitchen area was really dirty and the room had rusty racks and shower curtains that allowed water to spray out all over the floor. "This property is AMAZING!! Coltin is the best VRBO host I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Coltin is basically a travel agent. He setup our transportation, excursions, chef, massages etc. the property was exquisite! It was clean, well stocked and a great location. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll definitely be looking up his other properties too! We had a group of 26 people and traveling with a group that big can be very stressful but Coltin made it so easy and actually relaxing. "
