My wife and I stayed here all last week. We absolutely loved it! Carrie the host was quick to respond with any questions we had. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is great. We loved the yard and huge deck being able to spend so much time outside was awesome. It was very hot last week but this lot provides a lot off shade for most of the day. We liked it so much we are already planning our next stay. Thanks Carrie we can't wait till we come again!

Wonderful Place on Lake Tillery

Relaxed privacy is the perfect description. The home is beautiful, neat and well kept. Access to the water couldn't be more convenient. The neighborhood is nice as well. this is a perfect weekend getaway. The trip is easy coming from Charlotte. If you're not into watersports there is still plenty to do nearby from hiking at Morrow Mountain to exploring Uwharrie National Forest to the Indian Mounds in Mount Giliead. Great food is 20 minutes to the north in Ablemarle and 20 minutes south in Norwood. We are arleady planning a return trip in the fall.
