Hello Deborah L.Thank you for choosing to stay with us over the past weekend. We have checked into the issue with the bathroom vent, thank you for alerting us to that. We apologize for any misunderstanding regarding the situation with your ESA. Please allow us to clarify. Our hotel adheres to all ADA and State guidelines regarding trained service animals on property. ESA (emotional support animals) are not covered by the ADA, therefore are not allowed at the Four Points by Sheraton Norwood. Our Rooms Division Manager made an exception and allowed your daughters ESA to stay as a courtesy, as we knew the entire area was sold out due to the concert down the road. Since we are not a pet friendly property, we did need to ensure that certainly guidelines were followed including, that the ESA was not left alone in the room while you were away. Again, we apologize for any misunderstanding this may have caused during your stay. We appreciate your choice to stay with us and for providing us with you valuable feedback from your stay.
