"This is very basic accommodation, there’s nothing really wrong with it, but it’s up an awful lot of stairs, no lifts. It was clean enough, but very basic. No frills! It was very noisy from the club, very warm, could hear other guests, bed was not comfy at all, pillows were old and flat and stained. ..."

"We have stayed here before and had a great experience but unfortunately this time we had a very small room (16) - at full price. The door hit the bed as you went in and you could barely get around one side of the bed. The shower couldn’t be changed from red hot - we won’t stay here again."
