"The room is really nice. But tv didnt work - required maintenance visit. Some lites & bedside clock doesn’t work. Rats nest of wires behind bedside table. Ugh"

"I reserved the room for the night of 4/11. They showed it as 4/12. I did not stay at the hotel and Expedia refused to refund or credit my $180. Customer service from Expedia was poor. Connected me to a chat bot and never let me speak with a person. Same as theft as far as I'm concerned. A crooked, deceitful way of doing business."

"We turned the a/c on in the room and it smelled like weed. The furniture was in poor condition. It looked to be chewed on by a large dog. The beds were hard, pillows were terrible. We woke up early to get out of there asap. "
