"While we received multiple confirmations of our reservation, including the morning we were to check in, the property manager never sent us check in instructions, even after we emailed asking for them. Then, after spending over an hour with multiple calls to VRBO customer service, who also couldn’t get ahold of the property manager, we arrived at the location. "When I booked this place, I did not see the 1 review. My thoughts are exactly the same and then some. Overall, this place is dirty. I suggested to the host of changing cleaning services and bringing in a plumber. Vrbo should not allow this to be rented until it is cleaned. I have learned my lesson and will pay much more closely to the reviews, specifically cleanliness!"
