"Overall our stay was great. There were a few floor boards in one unit that were cracked and uneven or lifting away from the rest of the floor and cause a couple of us to trip multiple times. Also while both townhomes were tidy there were definitely places the cleaning people didn’t look. There was a napkin and tags from a shirt in a drawer in the living room and a lot of the dishes needed to be washed before we could use them because they weren’t properly cleaned before we arrived. "We did not know that this place was recently renovated and they did a fabulous job - it's beautiful. We weren't there long enough to enjoy the amenities but we were able to go to both dinner and breakfast. The service at dinner was excellent - however the food came out less than warm. We sent it back and when it was returned the meat entree was hot but the vegetables were not. Although tasty - its seems you should be able to plate a completely hot meal. The food at breakfast was very good (except the eggs; eggs at a hotel are always awful), but the dining room was poorly understaffed for a Sunday morning. I understand people call in sick or don't show up but these poor women were running their tails off. They did it all graciously but we felt bad for them. They could really use another hand or two at breakfast."
