The Omni is a lovely hotel woth lots of amenities and very affordable. It is attached to a mall by a bridge from the 2nd floor, conveniently located in the downtown area, and quick walk to the Amica Center. The weekend we were there the staff was faced with the challenge of a system wide software failure preventing them from electronically checking in guests and makimg room keys. Regardless, check in was smooth and each and every time we went up to our room there was a bellhop waiting escort us and unlock the door. Kudos to you Omni staff, life served you lemons and you turned them into lemonade with what looked like grace and ease! I would definitely stay at the Omni again.

I felt that for a hotel that is supposed to be so nice. When I arrived my bathroom was not clean and they didn't clean rooms.
The staff as very nice.
The hotel had a computer issue which couldnt give hotel keys. The staff and everyone that was working during my stay was very Professional and handled the issue very good. Great place and a great stay.
Their electronic system was down they took care of us the best they could

Unfortunately the pool and jacuzzi are down. Their WiFi was down so we could not have our own room keys. The staff, whom were lovely, had to walk us up to our rooms every time.

Computer system was down, had to get a staff to walk with us each time we wanted to return to our room. They photocopied ID and credit card which seemed sketchy. It was our first time staying, kind of turned off by this visit.
All systems down at the property- could not issue us keys to a room. Had to have a hotel staff person escort us to our room every single time we left. In addition to this, the hotel PHOTOCOPIED MY CREDIT CARD without asking. When I expressed my concern with this I was told that our only option was to let them keep the photocopy or we wouldn’t be allowed to check in. The last time I checked, photocopying and retaining a copy of a credit card is ILLEGAL.
A little too chaotic.. conventions in the lobby etc

Pros: beautiful hotel, extremely accommodating and nice staff, comfortable beds, spacious rooms.
Cons: breeze way between mall and hotel very dirty, felt unsafe, limited dining options and those available had a two hour wait, no microwave in room, bathroom tub had hair in drain, and pool was not available.
I really love this hotel and the views of the city. I love that Starbucks is downstairs for my morning coffee. My only complaint is that getting in from the parking garage to the hotel lobby with luggage is very difficult because you have to go up stairs and there is no automatic door to help. Trying to fight with the doors, the stairs and the luggage is often very difficult.
Extremely convenient for the JWU Meet & Greet; freeway close for access; Front Desk, upon checking in, we’re able to accommodate us with a room that could fit a roll-away bed.
