"I want to start by saying that the owner, Judie, seems like a very pleasant person and had great communication. While the below review of this property is extremely negative, we truly feel Judie's intentions are not bad, she just did not realize the really bad shape that her property is in. She did leave snacks for us and set up little coloring table for our small children, which was very sweet, however, the property is truly unrentable. We arrived late at night and if we had arrived earlier, would have left the property immediately. As it was, we were forced to stay the night and leave int he morning. We did receive a partial refund for the remainder of our stay that we were unable to complete due to the zero comfort level of this property. We luckily found a rental available in the area and moved to there. This home is infested with roaches, spiders, and bugs. Everywhere we looked there were crawling things, both dead and alive. The carpet and rugs need to be trashed immediately; there were bugs and dead spiders ground into them. The entire loft was infested with spiders and all 4 of our children had to sleep on the couch downstairs. The site advertises 2 twins beds in the loft, but one of them is actually a fold out chair bed thing, and when we opened it up, it was full of bugs and spiders. The bathrooms are in serious need of an update. No space to write more. We are not picky people, we just expect a clean place. This listing should be taken off of here."
