We liked that it is centrally located to everything and a block away from the canal. The building is located in a quiet street, so it was quuet which was great because I'm a light sleeper. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff was super friendly.
The room is small so not suitable for 2 people with large suitcases/bags. It doesn't have a closet, and only has a rod with 6 hangers.
The bathroom and toilet are in the same space, and it's small too. The shower doesn't have a shower curtain so the floor got a little messy after each shower. No free body soap, shampoo or conditioner.
The elevator is also small. It can only accommodate 1 people with a suitcase/backpack or 2 people with no suitcase/backpack.
Ameneties in the room: TV with Netflix if you want to log in with your account. No electric pitcher for tea or coffee, refrigerator, or microwave - so you can't make your own food/drink.

Due to our room not being ready for check in the staff went out their way to provide a room upgrade to apologise before we had a chance to say anything. It was very thoughtful and brilliant customer experience.
