Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town

"I recently stayed at the Hotel Albuquerque at Old Town and had a wonderful experience. The location is absolutely perfect, with great activities all around and easy access to everything you would want to see.The highlights of the stay were definitely the staff and the cleanliness. Every employee I interacted with was very friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were impeccably clean. The bed itself was incredibly comfortable, outfitted with plenty of nice, puffy pillows that made for a great night's sleep.I do have a couple of minor cons, though they aren't enough to change my five-star rating. First, the hallway carpets are looking a bit dated and could use an update. Second, and more importantly, the metal box frame on the bed juts out quite a bit from under the mattress. It can be a real tripping and bumping hazard if you aren't paying close attention while walking around the room.Despite those small structural details, the excellent service, cleanliness, and prime location make this a fantastic place to stay. I would absolutely highly recommend it!"

"Room was clean and nice...enjoyed having a deck as well. It's an older hotel but is well maintained. Pool is indoor and outdoor...pretty nice. Staff were super and the food at the restaurant was very good. Would stay here again."

"Hotel was amazing - clean and very up to date. The rooms were spacious and was about a ten minute walk to the historic district. The Level 5 restaurant was spectacular - the food was elevated but comfortable, and the views can't be beat. Do not miss visiting this."

"Excellent overall. Front desk staff very helpful - my reservation was elusive but they found it, also met my room preference. They use UBER for airport transfer and arranged to take me to the car rentals the next morning which was a great help. Room spotless, comfortable and pleasant, relatively quiet for an airport hotel. I didn't eat the free breakfast, but they did have coffee all morning in the lobby. I would stay again."
