The check-in was easy and fast. Staff is very courteous. Room was recently cleaned upon arrival but felt humid. Carpet was slightly humid which gave the room a humid environment. Bed was very comfortable. Restroom was clean. No noisy room neighbors. Was unable to use the fitness room and the pool. Breakfast was limited in food choices. Buffet style and only scrambled eggs, waffle batter, cold cereal, juice, coffee, and muffins were available. Hotel uses disposable plates, disposable bowls, disposable cups, and disposable utensils during breakfast. It is ok for a night or two and for sleeping.
We've been here 3 times over the summer and this was the first time we've been assigned a dirty room. Staff was quick to comply and get us another room, however that room had very dirty floors. We would stay again. Pool is great.

Drury Suites was amazing! The room was large & comfortable for our family of 6. Staff was very friendly. Complimentary breakfast was great. Kickback snack in evening was awesome, more of a meal really. Parking garage was very convenient & felt safe. Thank you!
"Nice hotel and good service, clean well kept rooms"
Checked in on a Tuesday for a 2 day stay, prompt service at desk received room keys for room 229 which was by the elevators, room was clean and had two queen sized beds very comfortable..no noise was heard from elevators very quiet. Very clean rooms with ample amount of towels and the room had a coffee maker and a refrigerator, so take some extra water and ketchup if you like : ) No trouble whatsoever from the air conditioning turn it down to 73 and it got cold at 73. There was good water pressure and very clean restrooms, housekeeping came by each day at around 10 am. Overall no faults at all in the room. There was a good breakfast which you had to buy unless you got the added meal room price, it was $10 and had bacon sausage and pancakes eggs etc.. and was refilled all the way till 10 am when they shut it down, waitress brought us a carafe of coffee and refilled our drinks. The pool had a jacuzzi and about a 12 ft long pool 5ft deep great for kids closed at 10pm. There was a nice bar with great service a pina colada with top shelf was $7. The hotel is 3 years old as of 8/2015 and seemed well maintained no missing lights no worn decor, there is great parking not to say you are very close to the riverwalk or seaworld drive times to each are about 20 minutes. too far for a shuttle but this is a great place in a safe neighborhood no bums no shady characters, theres a walmart a sams a ci ci pizza a heb everything that you could need is bam right there, if you like to go to the g

In a nod to the local history and geology, The Rim entertainment and retail complex is housed inside a former quarry. Nearby, The Shops at La Cantera angle for well-heeled consumers. This area is also home to two major theme parks: Six Flags Fiesta Texas and SeaWorld San Antonio.
