"It was overall a good stay for what we needed! The host & support agent are excellent communicators and very prompt with replies. I’m not sure I’d recommend this space with kids (especially toddlers) because sounds don’t absorb/dampen well in the minimalist aesthetic, and we felt stressed about being quiet enough out of respect for the units around us. "Overall the room was okay. It was easy to find. The bed was comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. On the other hand, we received a message that our room would not be ready until 3 hours after our check in time. After flying all day it was not something we wanted to hear. The floor was completely filthy. I had to go buy socks and wear them around the place. (Which the bottoms were nearly black) there was hair in the bathroom which always grosses me out.
