We checked in a little after 3pm and the lady that checked us in was so friendly and nice. Their breakfast is very good. From now on this will be the hotel my family stays at when we come into town.

The lady at the front desk said she canceled the reservation because she thought it was fraud. An argument ensued and police were called. We never stayed at the hotel. Customer service was terrible.

Water shot out of bathroom vent (likly sewage) from an overflowing toilet upstairs. Hotel at 2am in the morning did not come check it out when I reported. Then in the morning 6 hours later looked at it after I CHECKED OUT AND DID NOT BELIEVE ME. Only offered partial refund of around $35. Very poor General manager started yelling at me when I said the County Board of Health needs to look into it. SAD! I will note two days while there were fine - the last day Horrible real nightmare !

Very outdated and floors were caving in. Also I was locked out of my room several times. I literally heard every noise from people talking to the toilet flushing to showers running..Not as peaceful as I’d hope.

Nice location. Clean hotel. Staff was friendly and told us about the area for food options. Strip club next door was a turn off!! Road to the hotel was terrible!!!

This hotel is stationed right next to a “gentlemen’s club” Definitely not a place to stay with kids and the riff raff hanging outside was a bit sketchy

On 11-17-23 my husband and I checked in around 10:15 pm he left his debit card in the machine, we had left when we realized it was missing. We called and spoke to the lady who had just started her shift and asked her to look and see if we left it on the counter she appeared to have looked she returned to the phone and said no she didn't see it . We quickly returned to see if it was left in our room, when entering the building she was on her phone and the debit card was sticking out the machine for all to see. So she never checked she made up an excuse that she didn't look at that machine because it wasn't working and we had Clearly just checked in using the machine. Also the socket next to the bed nearest the window didn't work so the lamp, charger and phone wasn't working other then that it was a pleasant stay. The socket can be fixed it was clean and that's most important.
